Blood pressure is one of those things most people are slightly aware of but don'r know much about. It is only when they are dignosed with often high blood pressure and sometimes low blood pressure that they think more about it.
High blood pressure is a problem because of the problems it can cause if left untreated. As it often causes no problems for many years it can be a bit of a shock when it is diagnosed.
